Congratulations!!
We finally made it past the Training Meetings. This is just a reminder that our meetings have changed this year based on the Constitutional Changes that were passed last year. After tonight we will have meetings only once a month until February.
They are as follows:
All meetings will start at 6:45PM.
If you have any questions or rules clarifications that you might need explained between meetings. Please give one of the officers on the Executive Board a call. Also remember to always check the website for updates on rules and changes as we go through our season.
There will be a link directly to the Rules Interpreter for questions so you can click on it right from the website and email directly to Nile Dixon any rules or game situations you might need clarified.
The Association has a new website provider and our site will be up and running by this weekend. The address is the same www.sabo.cc If you have any problems please give me a call 771-9080, or 695 3611.
Thanks for everyone’s attendance and hard work through this long run of training clinics meetings. Mr. Allen deserves an extra pat on the back as does all your board members; they have really worked hard to make this the best season yet for SABO.
Don’t forget Basketball test at 6:30 PM Monday November 1st. Remember to be on time you only have one hour to take test. Our Field Clinic is on for Friday November the 5th at 5:30PM and Saturday the 6th, starting at 8:00AM, site is Providence High School. Bring your uniform for Saturday if you plan to be evaluated.
Also everyone must attend scrimmages this year: 1 – 4 years must attend 2 scrimmages and everyone else must attend 1 scrimmage. Check with Mac for times and places.
When our regular season starts in November remember only black and gray shirts, with small patches. You will not be allowed to officiate any games JV or Varsity or Middle School unless you wear the proper uniform. If for any reason you do not have your correct uniform by now.
