The upcoming year will offer a host of challenges.  The current financial status of our nation, has evidently found it's way into our public school systems.  There are financial shortages that will severely reduce some programs, and completely remove others.  FHSAA has reduced the amount of high school games in basketball to 20 per team.   There will be programs that will not be able to fund the staff and associated programs in JV and middle school basketball. 

The new season will have challenges, yet SABO and the great team of officials at it's service will continue to provide excellent training and the high degree of professionalism that our schools have been accustomed to.  I look forward to the next season of working with you all, both returning and new.  It will be your understanding, patience and dedication that will get us through this tough period.  As always, we will come out shining in the end, because of the unselfish way that we serve our community.
